Presenting Sponsor

Before the event: your logo will be displayed the slopeshof.com sponsor page. You will be able to add custom elements to your page so that you can share information about your company and partnership with Silicon Slopes, communicate a specific offer to customers and Hall of Fame attendees, and collect leads before and after the event. Here you can see examples of what the landing pages will look like.

At the event: Your logo will be displayed digitally during the sponsors reel throughout the programming of the event. This will be played on the screen of the stage at different points of the event. Additionally, your company name and logo will be displayed at your table.

Included in your sponsorship package is a multi-page ad. Please have this ad summited to our team via this form before January 13th. Your ad will be featured in the printed and digital event program on the center-fold and the back page.

The specs for the ad are:

• Bleed: 8.625" W x 11.125" H

• Trim: 8.375" W x 10.875" H

• (Include 0.25" Live Margin)

As the Presenting Sponsor, you will have 3 tables. Each table seats 10 individuals. With your sponsorship, you receive 30 VIP tickets. You will need to assign each of your 30 guests a ticket and each guest will need to redeem their ticket prior to the event.

At the event, there will be a map and volunteers that will direct you to the location of your table. Your company logo will be printed on a sign at each of your tables.

Included in your sponsorship are 30 VIP tickets which includes access to the exclusive VIP Sneaker Soiree before the event. The VIP red carpet will open at 5:30pm to showcase your best outfit and sneakers. Guests at the Soiree will need to present their VIP ticket upon arrival.

You have been allotted digital vouchers for the gala that includes 30 VIP passes. Please note: we ask and require that you do not do public giveaways for these tickets.

To access your ticket allotment:

1. Go to siliconslopes.com/account.

2. Log into your account and then select the "Team" that you belong to (ie. Pluralsight, 401go, etc). You will be redirected to your Team's account.

3. Click on "Orders" to see and manage the Team tickets.

To distribute a ticket:

1. Go to the "Orders" tab.

2. Click on the "See Details" button. A new window will pop up.

3. Scroll down to find an unassigned ticket. Click "transfer ticket". Enter the email of the person you would like to transfer the ticket to. A message will appear indicating the ticket was sent.

To accept a ticket:

1. Go to your email inbox and click on the email from Silicon Slopes <noreply@mail.connectedxm.com>.

2. Click on the link in the email body to accept the ticket.

3. The link will prompt you to 1) create an account at siliconslopes.com (if you don't have an account) or 2) sign into your account at siliconslopes.com to accept.

Included in your sponsorship package is your Hall of Fame company landing page. This page provides you the opportunity to share information about your company and partnership with Silicon Slopes. Here you can see examples of what the landing pages will look like. To manage your sponsor page, log into your account. Navigate to Products in the left-hand menu. Find your Hall of Fame sponsorship in the list of products. Select Manage Sponsorship. All fields for each section need to be completed. Any section not completed will not be published. If you don't have content for some of the sections, simply leave those fields empty. You can comeback anytime to update or change the information in any and all sections.
