At the event: Your company name will be displayed within the program book. Additionally, your company name and logo will be displayed at your table.
As a Table Sponsor, you will have a table that seats 10 individuals, for a total of 10 standard tickets to distribute. You will need to assign each of your 10 guests a ticket and each guest will need to redeem their digital ticket prior to the event.
At the event, there will be a map and volunteers that will direct you to the location of your table. Your company logo will be printed on a sign at each of your tables.
Included in your sponsorship is access to your sponsor portal. This portal gives you access to distribute the seats at your table.
Note: If you delegate this responsibility to a co-worker that is not currently associated with your sponsorship account that person will not be able to access your sponsor portal, you will need to add them once you are inside the portal.
Your company portal will be live in the coming weeks. Portals are live! To access your company portal visit siliconslopes.com, go to Sign In in the top right, login, and select your organization (company) account. If you have previously created an account you can use those credentials to log in. If you’ve not yet created an account, do so using your email and create a password. Once you login, complete your company profile. Your company portal will allow you to distribute the seats at your table.
Note: If you delegate this responsibility to a co-worker that is not currently associated with your company account, you need to go to the Team tab in the left-hand menu and create a user. If you experience any issues accessing your company profile, please contact halloffame@siliconslopes.com.
You have been allotted digital vouchers for the gala that includes 10 standard passes per table. Please note: we ask and require that you do not do public giveaways for these tickets.
To access your ticket allotment:
Go to siliconslopes.com/account.
Log into your account and then select the "Team" that you belong to (ie. Pluralsight, 401go, etc). You will be redirected to your Team's account.
Click on "Orders" to see and manage the Team tickets.
To distribute a ticket:
Go to the "Orders" tab.
Click on the "See Details" button. A new window will pop up.
Scroll down to find an unassigned ticket. Click "transfer ticket". Enter the email of the person you would like to transfer the ticket to. A message will appear indicating the ticket was sent.
To accept a ticket:
Go to your email inbox and click on the email from Silicon Slopes <noreply@mail.connectedxm.com>.
Click on the link in the email body to accept the ticket.
The link will prompt you to 1) create an account at siliconslopes.com (if you don't have an account) or 2) sign into your account at siliconslopes.com to accept.
If you have any issues, try to 1) clear your cache and cookies, 2) use an incognito browser, and 3) use Google Chrome. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please email helpdesk@siliconslopes.com with your issue.
