The gala will take place at the Grand Ballroom at the Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City on February 4.
Dress
The Hall of Fame & Awards Gala is a black tie and sneakers event designed to celebrate Utah business and one another. And what better way to do this than to gather and dress up. “What is black tie and sneakers?” you ask. Well, it’s dress code that encourages all to embrace self expression with two important characteristics in mind: 1) wear your best or favorite pair of sneakers, and 2) channel your interpretation of “dressing to the nines” and show up with confidence, no more questions asked.
Event Programming
5:30pm: VIP Sneaker Soiree and VIP red carpet open
6:30pm: General red carpet opens
7:30pm: Dinner and programming begin
We anticipate the event programming to conclude around 10pm.
Grand America parking is located beneath the hotel. Gates will be open for validated exit starting at 9:30pm.
To access your company portal visit siliconslopes.com, go to Sign In in the top right, login, and select your organization (company) account. If you have previously created an account you can use those credentials to log in. If you’ve not yet created an account, do so using your email and create a password. Once you login, complete your company profile. Your company portal will allow you to distribute the seats at your table.
Note: If you delegate this responsibility to a co-worker that is not currently associated with your company account, you need to go to the Team tab in the left-hand menu and create a user. If you experience any issues accessing your company profile, please contact halloffame@siliconslopes.com.
Included in your sponsorship package is your Hall of Fame company landing page. This page provides you the opportunity to share information about your company and partnership with Silicon Slopes. Here you can see examples of what the landing pages will look like. To manage your sponsor page, log into your account. Navigate to Products in the left-hand menu. Find your Hall of Fame sponsorship in the list of products. Select Manage Sponsorship. All fields for each section need to be completed. Any section not completed will not be published. If you don't have content for some of the sections, simply leave those fields empty. You can comeback anytime to update or change the information in any and all sections.
You have been allotted digital vouchers for the gala that include VIP passes and general passes. Please note: we ask and require that you do not do public giveaways for these tickets.
In the left-hand menu of your profile, select My Tickets. You should see your tickets on this page - they will be named Hall of Fame & Awards Gala VIP Admission or Hall of Fame & Awards Gala Admission. You can click view tickets and a pop up will show on the screen. You will then select to transfer ticket - input your guest’s email. Your guest will receive an email that will prompt them to login to their Silicon Slopes account or to create an account. After they login, they will find the ticket(s) in their notifications at the top right of their screen. Within notifications they will see Pending transfers and can click on the accept ticket button. Their ticket(s) will then be moved to the My Tickets section in their portal.
If at any point you would like to see who the current owner of a specific ticket is, navigate to My Orders in the left-hand menu and it will show you the current holder of the tickets.
If you have any issues, try to 1) clear your cache and cookies, 2) use an incognito browser, and 3) use Google Chrome. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please email helpdesk@siliconslopes.com with your issue.

On the day of the event, guests will want to have their digital ticket (in the form of a QR code) readily accessible. They can add their ticket to their Apple or Google wallet by selecting See Details. For entrance to the event, each guest will need to present their digital ticket.
Dietary restrictions can be reported on each ticket. To do so, log into your account on SiliconSlopes.com, click on "My Tickets", find your Hall of Fame ticket, and then click "See Details". From there you'll be able to input your dietary restrictions under the "Questions" section. Please note: any dietary restrictions need to be reported by Tuesday, January 31st.
